1. Services

ProCoat Painters ("we", "us") provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, drywall repair and prep, deck and fence staining, color consultation, trim and molding painting, and wallpaper removal. All services are subject to crew availability and service-area coverage.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on room dimensions, surface conditions, and material selections described by the customer, and are confirmed on site before work begins. Significant surface damage, specialty finishes, or additional rooms not disclosed during the initial call may adjust the price. Any adjustment will be approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Paint & Materials

We use premium-grade paints from trusted manufacturers (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, or equivalent). Standard projects include two coats of paint. Color selections are confirmed with the customer before painting begins. Custom or specialty finishes may incur additional material costs, disclosed upfront.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we painted, notify us within 30 days and we will return to repaint it free of charge. The guarantee applies to workmanship and finish quality and does not extend to color selection regret or pre-existing surface defects identified before service.

5. Surface Preparation

Our standard service includes cleaning, light sanding, patching small holes and cracks, caulking, and priming as needed. Major drywall repair, lead paint abatement, or extensive surface restoration may be quoted separately. We will always advise on what preparation is needed before starting.

6. Protection of Property

We cover floors, furniture, and fixtures with protective sheeting before starting work. While we take every precaution, minor paint spots may occasionally occur and will be cleaned promptly. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work area after being asked to clear them.

7. Drying & Curing

Paint is typically dry to the touch within a few hours. Full cure time varies by product (usually 2–4 weeks). We recommend avoiding heavy contact, hanging items, or washing painted surfaces until fully cured. We provide specific care instructions for each project.

8. Weather (Exterior Projects)

Exterior painting is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule exterior work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or high humidity to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. Rescheduling due to weather is at no additional cost.

9. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge with at least 48 hours advance notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a call-out fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or lost income.

11. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your service (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested service and is handled with reasonable care and security.
